Giant pandas cling to their mother for the first few years of life and then go on to a solitairy lifestyle. They enjoy their personal space, but occasionally behave in a socializing manner by means of marking scent, vocal sounds and gathering in a group. The giant panda has survived for many thousands of years, continuing to be successful adapting to the changes placed upon them not only by nature, but
mankind as well. Because of constant destruction of their habitat, pandas have learned to adapt time and time again.
